10.9.79. 42 years ago, a very shy and scared 18 year old attended a week long induction in Leeds before starting work at Market Street, Bradford branch. My career lasted 39 years until I decided enough was enough on 1.9.2018. I had many different roles in the network including West Yorkshire area office, before a move to Leeds DSC. My final 12 years involved setting up the complaints processes in Service Quality, legal challenge of charges (I am sure you all remember that!) and finally Customer Care Team.
