Ha! I missed the date but it was 51 years ago yesterday since I rang the bell at High Street, Newcastle Staffs branch. I had many happy years at the bank. I retired in 2009, and had another happy career as a Practice Manager in the NHS. Now fully retired, I feel lucky that mostly I loved my jobs.
