I started work at Midland Bank, Stratford Road, Shirley as a HO trainee on 22 October 1982. Then branch moves to Hall Green, back to Shirley, Dorridge, Sheldon, Yardley, Acocks Green, Solihull, Edinburgh then Aberdeen. I never made it into management but ended up as an S5 CBO in Scotland until May 2007.
