Hi everyone.

As some of you might know, I had a heart attack last November which came as quite a surprise(especially to me!)

Thanks to excellent care from NHS and the brilliant support of family and friends,I am well on the way to recovery.

Today I was able to go walking in Snowdonia for the first time in ages.

Best wishes to anyone who knows me and I hope to see you at the Merseyside Horizons Christmas lunch this December.
