Sad to hear that Colin Breed passed away, aged 77.
I was his secretary for the duration of his time at the City Centre Branch in Plymouth, then on to the new building in Notte Street Plymouth.
He was a lovely man and a pleasure to work with.
My sincere condolences to his family.
