53 years ago today since I joined the bank! The branch, Nessgate, York long since closed, (mid eighties, I think) became a bookshop and is now a clothing chain.
It's weird to walk round and remember great times and people from the past, many no longer with us, sadly.
If I had my life again I'd follow the same career path.

27 SEPTEMBER 2022 45 years today I joined Midland. Feel blessed to still be friends with John Mullahy from those far off days. A great journey with lovely people along the way. We had the best of it.
