Appreciating the service of Paola Fregona-Pearson

Congratulations to Paola on her retirement this month following 52 marvellous years service with Midland/HSBC Bank.


Paola started on 8 September 1969 (just 3 years after England won the World Cup!!!).


Starting at Hamilton Street, Birkenhead where she stayed for 18 years, Paola then moved on to Rock Ferry, Liscard, Wallasey Village, a couple of spells at Brombrough, Prenton (twice) Oxton, Higher Bebington, Heswall (twice), West Kirby, Neston, Grange Road. Paola also worked on the Liverpool side of the river at Lord St Liverpool, St. Helens and Old Swan!!!.


It certainly was a varied career with Paola making lots of friends on the way.


On behalf of the bank, we thank Paola for her 52 years service and distinguished career with the bank and wish her a happy and healthy retirement.

27 SEPTEMBER 2022 45 years today I joined Midland. Feel blessed to still be friends with John Mullahy from those far off days. A great journey with lovely people along the way. We had the best of it.
