Facing left, our almost victorious team from Maidstone branch were narrowly defeated in the final by a team from Holland. Left to right James Trotman, Malcolm Saunders, Pat Pennell, and myself. After failing to match this extraordinary achievement the following year, the team disbanded and fell into obscurity.
