Appreciating the service of Jo Stewardson
RETIREMENT- 41 YEARS SERVICE
Today I am retiring after 41 years with HSBC and Midland Bank.
I have certainly had a varied career having started at Mark Lane branch in London (now a Pizza Express). I have worked in Area Offices and Regional Offices including a stint in the Call Centres where I set up the Business Internet Banking Helpdesk and as a Personal Lending Product Manager in Customer Propositions.
I have also worked on many regulatory programmes including the Consumer Credit Directive, FATCA, MiFID II, and Basel III to name but a few. For the last 8 years I have been in Group Risk Transformation.
I have made many friends along the way and am excited to be starting the next chapter of my life.
