After 43 years, 1 month and 23 days I retired from HSBC on Friday 30 September.
I started my career at 315 Fulham Road, Chelsea branch on 7 August 1979, and moved around Kensington and Westminster areas until I got my first appointment at Hammersmith branch in 1988, thereafter taking on branch manager roles at Stanmore, South End Croydon, Lewisham and Bromley Hill before moving to Business Banking at Bromley and Central Croydon and a brief spell in Credit before resuming Corporate Banking roles in West End and Crawley. Finally settling in London Leverage in 2013 where I concluded my career as Deputy Head.
I have had an amazing career, met some amazing people / friends in that time.
I am now looking forward to a well earned rest spend time with family and to see if I can improve my almost non existent golf!!
Thank you to everyone that supported my journey throughout the last 43 years.
